We bought PAP about a year ago and it has worked perfectly for us. They installed it for us, and quickly answered our questions as we learned how to use it. They have a good support community and a lot of guidance online, and when we have needed help, they always answered promptly - with a day or two at the most. It is a big improvement over what they had a few years ago. We definitely recommend PAP to anybody who wants an affiliate program.

These guys may have struggled in the past, but I have been using them since May 2010 and they've been terrific. They've gone the extra mile in every case, and also been fairly timely, given they are on the other side of the world from Texas. Better than any major US software company for sure.

I agree that Post Affiliate Pro can seem a bit pricey but in my experience (with over 20 installations) nothing else even comes close and it can be turned into a valuable business asset for years.
One of the things they have recently done away with is the “leasing” option. Now you can buy the license outright and get all the free updates forever.
The way it integrates with Facebook Connect, Twitter Share, and email right from your marketing creatives is very simple if your affiliates want to promote your offers on their social networks or to there marketing lists.
And another thing worth remembering too: Post Affiliate Pro allows you to have an unlimited number of products on unlimited domains. This isn’t the case with any other affiliate marketing softwares out there. All you have to do is create a separate “campaign” for each new offer.
And serious internet marketers (who want to really create an empire) can also benefit from their new “network” option. This allows for unlimited merchants (aka affiliate managers) to handle all the busy work for you.
I love it and the support and knowledge bases alone are worth the price you pay.

This company has the worse support ever experienced. You can submit a ticket and they will leave you hanging there for days.
I submitted a ticket, it has been 10 days. still nothing resolved. Their software is buggy, and with support like this, they can pretty much destroy your business.

This company has one of the worse customer support I've experienced.
Their PAP software is flaky and not easy to integrate like other software, tech support seems clueless! Submitted ticket 1 week ago and email is still going back and forth. Nothing has been resolved

Our support was improved and currently is working 6 support agents daily on tickets from customers.
Included are also new features like RebrandPDF, Site Replication of php web sites, Coupons (offline marketing), etc.

Unfortunately, my experience with the company QualityUnit.com has been less than satisfactory.
In short, they sold me a license but never supplied me with the software download link. I have requested a refund (in accordance with their promised "30 Day Money Back Guarantee", but am not holding my breath...

If you requested money back within 30 days, than for sure we made refund for you ! We never discuss with our customers about refunds, because it is customer's right to ask for refund - and we always do it! If you didn't received refund, please send us your swreg order number to [email protected] and we will make refund for you. If you made this request even few years ago, we are able to analyze all tickets you opened with us in our help desk software and make refund.

Just wanted to point this out as other people told me but I haven't listened to them.
These guys take a life time until they read your email, and don't feel suprised if you'll ever see the live support online. If you do, they'll hang the conversation after you explained your problem without any notice.
