Biased review - clarification

The review is biased and reviewer has not tested thoroughly the package.
The error he is talking about is caused by his server misconfiguration (and perhaps is a PHP/MySQL bug) - this has been fixed weeks ago in v1.71. And there is a new version 1.72 that already uses normal connect command instead of persistent connections.
database problems

My ISP shutdown my site two times because of db connections bleeding this package is causing. for every single article, there are many sql statements instead of one, moreover, when displaying titels, the whole article body is loaded.
There are more, there are no db connection close statement.
It might be good for a very light site, but heavy loaded sites, shoud stay away.
