Lots of problems, HORRIBLE support, Steer clear of Enthrall!

I have had several issues come up with the eNews product I purchased from Enthrall. Many links within the program cause database errors, there are some links that don't even function. I have 6 open support requests for various issues. These tickets have been open for over 10 days now with no reply to ANY of them. I have telephoned them, and left voicemails since noone answered. The product looks very nice on the demo. But once you pay, and they install it... a different story.
