I purchased the complete set of applications from XCENT. No software is without small issues. However, by far, working with their support team has been the best experience I have had in my 20-year career as a technology professional. Questions get answered incredibly quick. More importantly, when they see an obvious issue with their products, the team fixes it on the spot. They take the time to actually get into their code to fully understand the problem. It doesn't get any better than that!
Power Under the Hood

This package is a bit deceiving. You really need to spend a little time with it to appreciate how flexible and powerful it really is. I wasted too much time and money with other products and should have used this from the start. Xcnet's support has been incredible and very responsive. Not very typical with their competitors that I have tried. It is refreshing to see a product that seems to be written by real programmers, not someone sitting in their apartment in their spare time. Hope they keep coming out with more excellent products like this!!!

This is a fantastic product, and the best part is its pricing! Xcent has taken all of the guess work out of an online auction, and the product is fully customizeable if you know anything about ASP. We've used this product at Rocky Mountain PBS to create the first full scale, entirely automated simultaneous online & televised auction of 5,000+ items at a time. I recommend them highly! You can't go wrong with this product at this price!
