Bad communication, horrible in helping with problems.

I contacted Scriptlance.com about a issue with one of the programmers signed up on their site selling one of my products www.phpautos.com without the proper license. The person on their site stole my program and is selling it as their own and has been for sometime now.
I provided them with links to my site and to the theifs site and they spent no time dealing with the problem instead they suspended my account. This site and company is bad news for helping with real issues.

Hi,
I had been a programmer in Scriptlance.com for one year and earned 8 reviews.On January 2nd 2008, it was surprising to note that my account was suspended.At that time I had a balance of $80 in my account.
I contacted the Scriptlance support to know the reason for the suspension.Mr.Sanjay dragged the case and didn't tell the reason for the suspension.He told that he will allow me to withdraw my amount in 120 days and that period also ended. Now I couldn't find that site.Is this correct?
