I get absolutely NO SUPPORT! (Was good, but now they never reply.)

I purchased this application a while back. It worked fine. There were supposed to be some enhancements (which NEVER came about). I had some problems initially, and support was great. They used to get back to me quickly to help. But ever since about Jan. of 2006, I can't seem to get any response. Nothing!!! I email using their contact form, email them directly, but never hear back. At this point, I don't know if they are still in business. Due to lack of support at this time, I rate it 1!

Thank you for your feedback. As you know our support policy is to be responsive and effective. In most case we try to find a solution even if the request goes beyond support. The Enterprise License allows you to run unlimited instances of SiteDynamic; custom programming is not included in the license. In your support requests, you where asking us to alter Sitedynamic to meet your project needs and requirements. Please understand that this goes beyond support.

I purchased the resseler license and I'm using SiteDynamic for my client websites. It's a great CMS, easy to customize from a developer point of view and easy to use from a end user point of view. I tried many other ASP CMS before but SiteDynamic is by far the most flexible one.

It's an easy to use nice looking app with a usefull contextuel help. Only needs 3 files to change skin and 1 file to change language. The app is pretty young (version 1 beta) but my first impression is a good one.
