Terrible installer, terrible support, terrible program.

The software didn't function at all upon initial installation. Took over 4 hours to resolve by their help desk. They required an FTP and MySQL account to fix the issue. The software itself looks good, but is CPU and memory intensive and very buggy. We found many functions did not work.
Requires a dedicated server otherwise it will interfere with other websites or services hosted on the same machine.
bad software. do not buy it.

we purchased the script after evaluating a trial version which was installed on our server by their support.
the reason why we chose this script - decent functionality at lower cost in comparison to similar products.

This program is full of errors and problems, do not purchase it. Pilot Group blame it on the server, and yet I have tried it on two servers that have other mailing systems on them and have no problems.
Purchasing this product from Pilot Group was a nightmare. From the sales process through to trying to get it to work it took three weeks, and still not resolved.
I now have different software for this purpose, which was installed in 15 minutes and it works percetly with no problems.
