I had 2 questions after purchasing the script. Both were answered super fast and accurate. The product was easy to install and worked great right away. Can use multiple banner sizes. The only problem I had was finding where to add new advertisers. Eventually I found it.

I have been a customer of softbiz scripts for several years now. And they have always been quick and professional with their customer support. I am in process of having my website totally SoftBiz Script driven, No one has been even half as good and accurate with their support center as Softbiz Scripts.

Softbizscripts PHP banner ad/management

Excellent value for money. Good interface while not being overcomplicated. Setup was painless and straightforward and should be to anyone with even a basic knowledge of HTML. Support was exceptional and second to none and why I've taken time to write a review. Highly recommended.

Don't be fooled by the cheap scripts here. They doesn't respond to your problems and are very, very rude!
Terrible Customer Support

The features in the script are good, but the online formmail-based customer support is atrocious. If you are unlucky enough to have a problem, expect to wait 24 hours for a reply to problems marked "Urgent". I couldn't get the image upload to work, so I asked for assistance. They said I should ask my webhost to turn on uploading. I told them all my PHP scripts upload images without problems, but they again replied that I should ask my webhost. "Whose script is this?" I offered to provide PHP config details and any other server environment variables to solve the problem, but they stopped replying to my inquiries. Eventually, without Softbiz's help, I fixed the problem in their script myself. Hopefully, if you buy their stuff, it'll work out of the box. For me, this was the worst support request experience I've had with a script developer in ten years.
Nice but needs more options

The software needs to allow Zones, without this ability the script is not good. I run multiple websites, one software like this should be enough to run banners for all my sites and allow purchasing for any site by package/zone. This software makes it impossible to seperate banners without zone support for multiple sites.
