So close, but no cigar

Initially I was excited to find this solution. It came so close to what we were looking for at an affordable price. However, the waiting for a registration key, as well as not being able to customize the scripts puts this program at the bottom of my list. Yes, I paid for it, and I'm using it. Not being able to customize this is a major problem. I will probably spend a considerable amount of time reverse engineering this. I would have gladly paid more if I could customize the code.
