Tried the free trial of this software and since I am impressed by its features, purchased it as soon as the free period expired. It has more features compared to other products and the money you pay for it is definitely worth it. My favorite part is when this software detects callers and it automatically directs it to the appropriate agent. Definitely a big help on the company's efficiency. Good job!

Just pure crap they dont answer emails or phone calls, no lifetime license thats a joke, you get so called lifetime software but when it comes to the license you have to renew it when your version is obesolete, do not do business with this company
