Not bad but needs improvment

There's compatibility issues across different browsers. I ended up having to spend a lot of time to tinker with CSS code to make it work with all browsers. Athough their web site provides a good info tech help source via forum area. Problem after you posted a question, you are at the mercy of others to answer your questions at their convenience if you go luck, or maybe you won't get an answer at all. When i mail them for support, they just refer me to the forum--back to square one.
