iNews: product is elegant, support is solid, bargain priced

I have this product for 2 years to support my news department. We use it for both press releases and newsletters and are well pleased. Support is to die for. I mean it: After misconfiguring iNews, I asked to be charged. Their response: "No charge, we want our software to work well for you". Amazing. The features are typical of higher priced software and work well. I feel my money was well spent - for $95 bucks it's a no-brainer. Hope this helps... John.
Be careful with iNews

The only thing that scrolls are headlines. You cannot put up a story without a summary. You cannot have more than one include on a page. You cannot define a news page with just stories on it. Everything is listed by headlines. The support staff is not friendly or helpful and sometimes downright rude.

Irene Hartfield, of Webgoddess.net, thanked us and apologized for the trouble after our second installation (to fix her modifications). After 23 emails, when we told her she would have to pay for any future customizations. She suddenly demanded a full refund ($95).
While we sympathize that she is new to Windows hosts and ASP, it was not US that was rude.
Please visit for links to client implementations. You will see that you CAN use multiple includes, etc. iNP works exactly like the demo.
