Went to iambigbrother.com and purchased software. Get no response from customer service AT ALL. Stupid me, could not get a download link from them (had problems with computer)and purchased again (yes, I know what your thinking). Still once again, emails go totally unresponded to. I cannot see the screen shots and need help to determine why. A good product with absolutely NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT from iambigbrother.com At one time I would have highly recommended this product to my friends but no more
