The Vendor is absolutely Fraud. Does not have time to give you support. No bug Fixes. Very Bad support. I warn people not to buy any script frpm vastal.com Totally Fraud. You will Lose your money

I was looking around trying to figure out how was I gonna get a site something like MYSPACE and with luck I found Buddy Zone. This was everything I was looking for and more. I want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the Buddy Zone team and their outstanding tech support! They really helped me all the way through from start to finish. I was able to call them, email them, & IM them with ease. Trust me, Im big on customer service and these guys were very good to me.

I purchased Buddy Zone 3 months ago and am extremely impressed with:
1. The quality of the well written code (extremely easy to read, use and change).
2. The helpful (and FREE) install of the script.
3. The instant and endless help thru Chat and Email.
I give it 2 thumbs up!

I have had no problems with the script, installation or support from Vastel. I paid, got a phone call to confirm, got my script with instructions and also got more or less 24hr support since. If you call them or email you will receive support, I have no doubt, plus they are very kind in what they will do for you and very helpful.
BEWARE, Script does not work with zero support

I purchased this script and received NO SUPPORT at all.The company waited for my funds to clear then they emailed me a zipped file. After this, I was left alone.
There are no instructions on how to install the script, I am still trying to figure out how to install this script.
I kept emailing the company but received no responses. $400 down the drain.

Please let me know what problems you are facing, instead of putting a review here you should have contacted us on live support or on MSN messanger. We provide free installation service to all our customers if they are not able to do the installation themselves. Since you wrote no install instructions were provided, we provide install_inst.txt file along with the package when it is emailed. It has full instructions in it to install.
