Form Maker Pro - web form generator with Formmail Reviews and Testimonials

As a web designer of 14 years now, my pet hate is forms. I also need output that will validate and be accessible. Form Maker Pro wasn't valid out of the box, but when I put my needs forward to the team they went out of their way to develop their product to meet them. I am truly impressed with their service, in my time in this industry there have been many companies promising the eath with their products, but this company truly delivers. I use For Maker Pro for my clients to create their own forms, and Form Processor Pro for my own forms. for when I need something more complex. There is a little learning curve for both products but the manuals and help files are excellent, and backed up by competent technical online help - I dont think you can ask for more. I purchsed this program and payed for installation. After paying I have not hear anything from this company. I am going to my credit card company to stop payment. No customer service here...

If you're confused by the online demo you'll be even more confused by the program. I thought the fact that lots of people had been using the demo was causing confusion but I was wrong - this is probably the most confusing and software I've ever come across - intuitive it ain't! When I went back to the vendors, who were most helpful pre-purchase, the tone changed and my polite request for a refund was met with a brick wall. Keep looking, there are better form generators and I found one here.

Script did not work in my environment (PHP Safe Mode on). Vendor could not repair. Vendor refused refund. Credit card processor helped me get refund. My advice?: Save yourself a headache, consider something else. I went to Tectite. It's free, better coding for security, open support forum.

The product looks as if it has great potential. Unfortuantely it simply doesnt work. I assume it is something I am doing wrong but I cannot be sure because customer support is non-existant. I run 30 websites on 3 different servers with 100 or so scripts, and I readily admit that most of the problems I have run into with scripts is "user error" as opposed to the programming. However, if a vender refuses to help you after your 5th request and 2nd request for a refund you will never know.

I am new to the whole website for business usage. I had no idea how to generate a form, let alone due much else. Form Builder Pro is so simple to use and set up. I had my form working in less than 24 hours. (Because I had to have them install it). They did a wonderful job and their customer service is outstanding. They helped me with all the issue that I have.
