Very unhappy customer

The software is an absolute disgrace. The installation doesn't work, so you have to wait days for replies from support. Once it's actually installed, half the feature they claim to have don't work. Support is never responsive, and you have to wait days for replies - sometimes weeks for a resolution! If you want a real dating software solution, this is the wrong choice.

This is a false post! This member is not even a customer of ours! How can you make such negitive remarks when you dont own a copy of our software!
