Takes too long to receive your purchase verified

Most web masters/designers come to HS searching for a solution to a problem. Ordered the hosted version of this software and didn't receive anything in return. No welcome email advising me as to how long I should wait for access. Nothing. 12 hours later I contacted support via the support ticket service and requested access or at least an update and all I got back was a message asking me what I wanted. The service might be great but I have desire to wait around to find out.
