This chat must be a joke

I have purchased the chat, the loging info arrive nearly 12 hours later, and they gave me firs a chatroom that leads a 500 error page.
Then make something that give me the service free when i just have paid a full year in advance.
The support is never online from the webpage.
I cant suscribe users in the chat nor administrators
Errors by every where they said you can customize all but even the languaje. A nightmare
Realy a bad bad chat to buy
Hope you guys iprove it a lot
