No support, dificult to install.

I tried to install it but the instructions are limited, abstract. The support - well, none - emailed the designer (owner) and got nothing back. The concept is great as friends/contacts can register and keep their personal info updated. Very useful for your family/friends to keep the rest informed of their whereabouts. But again either the installation has to be simpler or more detailed or the support be there.
