Good concept, poor follow-through

I do like the concept of a good php script for a business directory/chamber of commerce type script. This script seems to be OK for such a purpose, except for one main thing:
I ordered the script, paying my $99 on Monday. The site advertises a turn-around of 24 hours. I did receive the script in 22 hours, however, there was no license key included.
As directed, I emailed the domain name on which the script will reside. That was the last I have heard from them. Calls to the number yield an answering machine that is out of memory and unable to take any messages.
It is now 101 hours after I received the script and filed my initial request for my licence key. I still have not heard back from them aside from an explanation that my email got lost.
I would like my licence key or my $99 back. Waiting for this key has delayed a project which should have been live 2 days ago.
Recommendation: Find another script unless you have time to spend trying to get your license key.
