Poor Support

I am trying to get some response from this company were I bought the product - as I changed my email adress I am waiting since february for a response - but no chance.
The Best Program I have come accross....

This is by far the best that is out there easy to setup on any OS, Fully Customizable, Multiple Skins, This software is worth every penny....It has tones of very useful Features, Way too many to mention.
