I have bought 5 different licenses from netartmedia.net through the last 5 years and all of them are the best. Im running a successfuly business now and this software helps a lot. Anton provides the best service, fast and reliable. The software is a piece of art... seo friendly and works perfectly. Recommended to whole community. These guys are really very good when you consider the price. I purchased three scripts over a year ago, and the second two were discounted. All set up successfully without drama. The businesses were Dubai based and since the crash have been taken down. I requested to use the scripts again on totally new urls and with a little prodding and no extra cost they are up and running again. Functionality is simple but effective and the SEO friendly links are essential in this market, I definitely recommend this product.

I am happy with this software, it worked fine for my project. It allows to use your own templates, so it's possible to customize the design a lot and not only changing colors or logo.
The support provided after the purchase is fast and efficient. I recommend it and will probably consider myself the same software vendor for my other projects to come.

I purchased from him, and half the features in his site are not working in the software. There is no support system and it seems he copied the code from another software. I would never purchase from this people again. He made me loose 4 months of hard work. Yeah and he promises customizations to not have to return the money and then he backs up as soon as he notices he must work to get them done. Hope you don't make the same mistake of purchasing from this guy.

This script has a beautiful and easy to use interface. I really liked the fact that it comes with the php source codes and also the customer support provided by the software vendor is very fast and professional.

This script has a very nice interface with plenty of features. Also I liked very much the fact that the script comes with the PHP sources which aren't encrypted, so it's possible to make modification in them. The support provided by the company is very fast and effective.

I was using another real estate script and switched to this one recently and so far I am really happy with it. It works faster and the interface is very nice. Also it's template based, there are a lot of professional looking templates available and one could make easily customizations of the template. It's an excellent script with very good support, thank you!

Your answer is untrue and incorrect:
I was in contact with you by email and also on messenger several times before I purchased and you assured me you would customise it for me and also I offered on a number of occasions to pay you for Customisation and uploading to my site
You told me then to find someone to do the work for me and that is why I did not ask for a refund.
You should not have agreed to the customisation if you had no intention of doing it.
I still have all the emails from you.

I purchased this script from netartmedia but before I purchased I asked for some items to be customised and installed on my server.
I told them I would pay for the customisation which they offer on their website.
When I paid they sent me the download url without the modification. Then they told me to hire someone to modify it for me. Not very nice of them was it. Now I have a Property website that is of no use to me and out of pocket .

We have integrated a template and customized the look and feel of the Patrick's website and done an installation on his sever absolutely FREE OF CHARGE, which is a great service and a very few other companies would spend some 3-4 hours of work without charging for that. We never promised that we'll develop custom functionalities for him and never gave a quote for this. Finally he wasn't happy and we offered him to refund the license fee he paid at 100% but he didn't want his money back.
