I renew my script on 10.02.14, I was ask to renew and upgrade the script which I did I paid $119.00 everything was good until they got my money, these are the more rude people you could find in the business of dating scripts. They assume that their clients are expert and all they do when there is a customer ticket is to bounce back the ticket in a language that only they understand, they never get their hands on any script because their gold is get the peoples money and after that they are on their OWN. This is the more kind of rude people you can ever know and of course they will try to jump into my complaint. Think about this; you don't invest $119.00 just to loose it the next day. I had an account active with an script I purchased before in 2009 but only use it for couple of month as terminated the site. I though they would care that I was a client since 2009 but again once they get your money they will act so indifference. You want to know how rude they are, they told me on my last email that I should had gotten a translator to understand their massage. VLD Personals don't deserve your business try going to some one who is professional.

You've submitted a chargeback shortly after making the payment. You said it was a "mistake" and if anything we went out of our way to let you correct it by waiting for over a month for you to either cancel the chargeback or make another payment. I bought this software to use for night clubs instead of the usual dating theme. It's customizable so I had no problem adjusting the profile fields of users and the theme of the site to meet my needs. Special thanks goes to their support team for assisting me along the way. Though it was a very straight forward process, their pointers made it even easier for me. So far I'm happy with the product, my site is stable and I haven't had any issues. I will definitely recommend this script to my friends and colleagues.

I use vldpersonals for my dating site for almost an year. It was easy to install, not so hard to configure it and i allways got support and details when i asked for it. Support responses are coming between 1 and 12 hrs which is ok for me. They allways provided support, but i didn't needed to ask questions very often because script is easy to set up and use. I am using this script on www.intimitate.eu and i can say it is very well suited to my needs. I used phpizabi in the past but they discontinued it and i wanted a more stable and optimised script. Tried vldpersonals and i am not disapointed. A very good and stable script. I would recomend it to anyone!

I have just had to close my website down because of these guys! My problem was my website became to popular and because of this a lot of email notifications were generated, vld suspended my account and would not let me retrieve my files, after paying them $199! They completely stopped answering my emails and just totally ignored me, Vlad was some assistance but Nick was just rude! Please do NOT use this software, the only thing you can be sure of is that the will disappear with your money!!

As the client has said it himself - he abused the hosting service (which is NOT even related to the software he purchased, we offer hosting for FREE as a bonus to the software purchase). His account was not suspended right away but only after he ignored the notifications. He then threatened with bad reviews to get his service back which of course didn't happen. Nice guy until he has your money, do not expect any sort of support or answers to your questions. I don't review products, but this guy, c'mon!
If i try so hard to customize this stuff and i can't i will ask for a refund and get skadate.
I'm not some lousy customer, i can be really messy when hurt.

This software is NOT open source. BE AWARE!
They say that you will get "Unencrypted Files" if you purchase. Let's see if this is true or not. 5 files are encrypted and you have no clue what they are doing in those files. What if they checking your usage? what if they check your license? I am not comfortable with those.

I started one site several months ago using this dating script and haven't had any issues with it. I've tried some other scripts before but none of them really met my needs, let alone had errors and problems their developers couldn't help me with. vldPersonals support has been much better than one might expect considering how low the price tag is. Very happy with the product and their company. Will buy another copy soon for my other site.

Not sure why the last couple of reviewers had bad experience with this product, perhaps they're those people who are never satisfied with anything. As for myself, I've been using vldPersonals for about 3 years now and haven't had any issues. In fact I've purchased 4 of their licenses and now run 4 successful sites. The software is stable and feature-rich. Support is very friendly and quite fast. Looking forward to their next updates. I bought this script because its core features fit my needs for a project of mine. There's two types of licenses available: Personal and Commercial.
I purchased the lesser personal version because it says, on the following Web page that you get "Unencrypted Files".

Well, that's a bald-faced lie. The most important files in this script are indeed encoded.
The day after I purchased the script, I noticed that, in order to use the paid memberships feature, I needed the commercial license. So, I added this to the cart and noticed that, to upgrade to the commercial version from the personal version, I would have to pay full price. This is unfair because I purchased my license under a current promotion that takes 40% of the purchase price of either license off the top. The promotion should at least cover the upgrade charge, at LEAST for the promotional period. This is standard business practice.
So, I submitted a ticket within his SPBAS system and received a canned reponse declining my request. So, now that this script is useless to me, I POLITELY asked for a refund and got a nasty response which basically belittled me for not making the correct purchase from the start.
I replied to the ticket and modestly pointed out that I could file a chargeback and get all my money back and it would cost him $25 plus the principal. Is it really worth it to you to lose $25 (and even worse, build a negative rapport with your merchant processor for a high chargeback volume) because you don't want to grant a customer the full discount to which everyone else is entitled?
This kid is narcissistic and arrogant. He has absolutely no sense of what it takes to be a businessman in a highly competitive market.
If you look at his replies to negative reviews here, you'll see he's accusing everyone who leaves negative feedback of being a jealous competitior or someone who's out to get him. I'm neither. I'm someone who spent good money and wound up with nothing but twenty pounds of BS in a ten pound bag to show for it.
Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY THIS SCRIPT!!!!!!!!! There's other options out there.
Follow Up: I ran a HackerProof scan on this software and the results told me that the software is a HUGE and i mean HUGE security risk. This rag has more holes than swiss cheese! When I posted on the forums about it, to try and get a response, he deletes my post. This guy just wants your money. He doesn't care anything about security or producing quality software. I believe this is pretty clear that the client is upset simply because he wasn't offered a discount which we never advertised in the first place. So why would we give a discount we never advertise? Furthermore, he tried threatened us with bad reviews in order to get a discount.

After purchasing this $199.95 script i ran into the problems. The support is not knowledgeable, worthless and never helped to solve the problem. The upgrade version has incomplete instructions, and in order to update you have to overwrite all the files. After installation
nothing works properly.No old database, no custom pages, no media, no old profiles. Vlad could not explain us why it's not working, nor did he give any instructions, unless we pay. It seems once they have your money, they don't give a crap about your issues. We refused to pay , as it says "Free support'' on VldPersonals site. Update. After number of tickets submitted to Vld technical support, we've been denied any support and our license was suspended. I thought when you pay for something is yours? ...-) A quote:

This client has neither followed our instructions, nor has given us any details on what they did with their site, leaving us to guess it. Client's account has been suspended due to the charge back (after ONE YEAR of using our software and continuous service and support). This is probably the only person we have exchanged 60 emails with without any results. None of our thousands of other clients had these problems which should be self explanatory as to who was the cause of these issues.

I am a software programmer myself, and normally I do my own scripting when I need anything. When I tried the demo version of Vldpersonal, I was sold at the moment. 99.95 dollars for the software, + another 99.95 for the Commercial Edition Upgrade seem to be a lot of money, but for the facilities and for the support you get, I would say it�s multiple times worth it.

Hi, I have been using the software for around one year now and I wish a lot more people can realize that Vld is the best, but as always you have to prove it to believe it. The software is as far as my experience can tell, completely bug free, the Control Panel gives you full control over your site and the site construction is fully customizalbe ( you get 6 templates for free) Also the customer service is worth to mention, they are polite and will always answer your questions, unusually fast.

i'm really happy with vldpersonals. they sell a very good basic product which is easy to customize. if you should face some problems the developpers are very helpful. there's also a big community on their website which has a lot of nice members who like to help each other. also if you have some special wishes in customizations vldpersonals is willing to help you - for a small payment of course.

I have spend hours testing dating scripts and found VLDPertsonals. This is by far the best dating software srcipt on the web. I would not use Able dating if they give it to me for free. VLD staff are top notch, very helpfull and super fats on their response time. I am buying a second commercial license because it's so reliable. The installation if free and very smooth. These guys transferred all members from the software I've been using before (btw they have a discount if you're switching to them from another product!). I purchased this software originally 2 years ago and I am still learning new tricks with it. Apart from it obviously being fantastic value for money what is more important to me is the 'backup' you get from the Company, and let me tell you, this company is so customer orientated, nothing is too much trouble, they are accurate, timely and highly professional. And incidently, I am using the software as a support club just becasue this system can as its so flexible. You will not buy better!

Enough can't be said about the first class support the VLD TEAM provided us. If we asked, IT GOT DONE! ASAP! There were no limitations on what this highly configurable was able to accomplish for us.

This script make datingsite-making easy, either you use it as it is, or you jump out from 20. floor and into a world of codes you have no experience into, and want to make costumizing your self. The staff have helped me solve small and big wishes or problems, evnen in weekends and christmas. The Forum connected to vldPersonals, that you'll be a member of, has a great level of activity, and there are nearly allways someone who knows how to do things, or can give you an idea. It makes me secure!

do not buy this script if you want to use it with vbulletin or any other forum. it does not work the way the author claims. it is not "integrated" as the usergroups are not shared properly, permissions are not shared, profiles and private messages are not integrated, and there are many more issues. if you buy this and think its going to work with your fourms out of the box your wrong, it will take A LOT OF WORK to make it truely intrgrated like the authors claim it is when you install it.

Why make false statements when they can be easily argued? We have a showcase of live sites available for public. Why not take a minute and register with one of those that uses integrated forum and see how everything works for yourself? Besides as you had been told, you cannot expect changes in the forum to affect vldPersonals since your forum is not part of our software. It works the other way around which you didn't seem or want to understand.

Having a great product is one thing, but having additional incredible service is another thing entirely!
If you're considering what scripts to use, make sure that it's backed up with the best support, or you're going to lose out in the long run.
VLDPersonals assists in everything from the script, to mods, extensions, theme development, and has a community to assist as well!

I have used 1000 scripts on Internet but none of them were comfortable a lot of bugs and erros etc... But now i have found VldPersonals there is no error in this the software..its perfect.... and the way They help is awesome. I was not experienced with PHP but they helped me for free when ever I asked them! I just love it :) I have just paid once and getting free updates free help and much more :P

I'm still rather new to the software, but in the time that I have owned it, the support is outstanding. I'm amazed at their patience.
You should take into consideration your programming skills if you want to make changes or customize. From reading the other reviews, I think those who said it was buggy, are not aware of the features and how they work. A quick shout at support will put you on the right path.

The software is easy to use but extremely feture rich. I have looked at many other packages and decided to use vldPersonal software and found it to be the best decission that I have ever made. the technical support is top notch and the help that they provided was far above all others I have ever delt with. I've had the product for a year and recieve my update on the current version. I had problems integrating the product with my website. The first thing I did was go to the vldpersonals.com website and seek customer support. In a prompt timely manner I recieved very good feedback and help. The problem was fixed before I knew it and you can visit rapchoice.com and see for yourself!

I cannot find in portofolio any site with at list a decent traffic. I see only sites with many register member but only one or so online. You cannot make any idea of script performance. Also, benchmarking, profiling, load test are undocumented (I think inexistent too). Maybe would not hurt to document business logic so buyer can get an informed choice. No word about database schema or any kind of optimization. Also no free version available even one with very few features so buyers can evaluate.

A little over a year ago I bought VLD Personals. There have been several updates, each one better and with more features. I haven�t run across any other singles website where members can upload photos, videos, music and also have a guestbook and bogs. The control panel is easy to use and very functional. The support at VLD Personals is great. When I have a problem, I just send an email or post it in the forum, and within minutes I would get a reply. It�s a great product with great service.

Just switched to vldPersonals from a different software and I have to say I wish I have gone with vldPersonals from the very beginning. Their product has what I need and the best part is I can turn off those parts that I do not need with just a few clicks. Great product with an even greater support. They have also imported my old members database into vldPersonals by the way. Awesome.

I purchased this software not too long ago and I'm very pleased that I did. After searching the various software being sold for the dating industry I decided on VLD. I was worried about technical support after the purchase but have had a very pleasing experience working w/ Vlad.
He has patience for novices and has kept his word as to the time frame of all custom projects I had sent him. Great rates on customziation! My site needed a few customizations due to it's bilingual nature.

I am very impressed with this software and its features! It is a real professional solution which in my opinion it is worth every penny. Installation is completed in just 2 minutes. I am a novice to online software. Support manager answered all of my dummy questions within minutes after submitting them. Amazing! I was able to install it without problems. Default templates and a huge amount of features made my life a lot easier. I am now able to start my own social community. A great piece of software well worth your time and investment!

This is by far one of the best products I've purchased. You can buy it "as is" or get it completely customized. It is very well managed and presented, fast and very easy to install (not to mention the free installation which is provided even though I didn't need it). What makes it even more incredible is the support. Vlad and his team respond quickly and their knowledge of the product is amazing. Great job and thank you.

I've been using this product for about 8 months. An already good product is frequently upgraded, Vlad takes note of users suggestions, and provides top rate support both by email and on the site's forum. The software is extremely flexible and so far has been bug free, as Vlad seems to take a great deal of care over development. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to run a trouble free personals site.

I'm very unhappy and regret purchasing this software. It is full of bugs, underdeveloped, and the documentation consists of 10 skimpy pages that leave the non-expert user in the dark. This is a one-man operation, so if you're planning on running a professional site, go with a real company that actually has a staff. I found Vlad to be unhelpful, and even rude sometimes. This is a new product that hasn't been around long, and it really shows. Stay away.

I have purchased some dating scripts before, and believe me I think I have search them all and try what I thought were the best.
I been thru webdate, edating & dolphin.
None of them came close to the Vld Personals. The best feature is the support, most question get answered with an hour (I didn't believe it at first. Check their support forum, check the time it takes to reply, you'll see). Non dating features are not available, but on the works, I'll be there to enjoy them.
You will love it!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Vlad for his very professional attitude in helping me through hosting migration problems. None of the problems were caused by vldP software. They were caused by the hosting environment. Yet it was Vlad who rolled up the sleeves nevertheless.

vldPersonals turned out to be a very good choice so far. The Software offers mostly important features, is customizable and has an able and always present support. Last argument was crucial for making the buying decision as well as pragmatic layout and features.

Let me cut right to it.... I have purchased many scripts in my time and i must say that vldpersonals is the most well thought out, developed, stable, and well supported script i have come accross. It really does not get anny easier or better than this... Not to metion customer support... they are nothing short of awesome!!!!!!! This was money well spent. They should charge way more for such a phenomenal product. VLD Personals rocks!!!!!!!

I am extremely impressed with this product. After abandoning my first choice system after several hours just trying to install it with no success, I was so happy when vldPersonals support guys offered to install their system for me at no charge. Their support is excellent - very reponsive day and night and weekends. The product itself has loads of features too. I now wonder why they weren't my first choice to begin with. I am happy that this is the system I ended up with.

I've seen many dating scripts and they all contains lots of stuff that sometimes is just too much and forget about the REAL flexibility.
Well this one is SO flexible that if you see their customer's site, you wouldnt know what software made it.
The pricing is definitely nice and you wont find anything of high quility for this price.
Great support, talked to the developer directly.

I bought this product for a very small price but was able to do A LOT. This systems allows complete customization of the look and feel allowing a non developer to use this easily.
The support is superb and you should take a look at how quickly they respond on the forums.
Not many systems are available in several languages, this one does.

I have seen and have experience with many match making systems. vldPersonals is simply the best. A Powerful, easy to use skinning engine and a friendly interface ... what else do you need? Fast support? Reliable service? They have it all.
