Great Tools, Poor Support, Horrible Documentation

I'd really like to give this tool 5 starts. Unfortunately, after spending days sifting through highly incomprehensive documentation, and waiting days for responses from tech-support, I am unable to recommend this product for those wishing to utilize these tools for anything other then absolute basic implementations. Recommendation to Zapatec: Overhaul your documentation, and provide priority assistance to paying customers.
