Terrible Support

Viart has to be the most feature rich shopping cart in the market and at a fantastic price but the support is awful.
I had an issue with the helpdesk module and had a support ticket open for over a week without any response from them. In the end i requested a refund which laughlingly was processed within an hour of the request.
Very dissapointing but so long as you never need any support then Viart might be good for you ;)

Actually response time for common questions usually takes about 24 hours but when there is a question about some problem it can takes longer as we need to find the problem and fix it.
Andrew, please note that you as a customer ask about 100 different questions in 14 unique tickets and most of them was answered within 24 hours and it's looks quite strange that you was our customer almost a one year ago but you still post bad comments on different web pages about our company and our software.
Also, please note that we aware that you are supporter of other software named 'cubecart' and we don't think that this tricky management help you a lot.

A very poor experience from start to finish. Way too many features crammed into a frankly quite terrible user interface - it seem to have been designed by an F grade GCSE student and has no logical layout that I could see.
Tech support are more interested in using silly names (Yoda), giving confusing & nonsensical replies than in actually giving help or support.
At $199 it's terrible value & it's 50% encoded so it's not even open source.
There are better solutions around for less cost.

Hi, Please note that Viart CMS sells for $119 not $199. The software has less than 5% encoded, making it 95% Open Source.
I'm sorry that this reviewer had a bad experience with our support team. We strive to be as helpful as possible at all times but obviously on this occasion we did not succeed. In our defence however I would state that we have many users that are more than happy with both our friendly and helpful level of support together with the quality and price of our software.
