What site, what purchase, what support!!!??

Well I'm thinking site is a fraud, they don't answer sales enquires which I have sent out four about intrest in their software as well as a way to purchase which I can understand if you cant purchase there is no fraud involved but what IF they do start to take money right now? No SUPPORT, No Way do I feel confident in them now.
