This makes simple edits, like reading a new database table an 8 hour project. Why on earth would anyone be so stupid to add ANOTHER language to the CSS/Javascript/PHP/HTML/M ySQL tandem. As if those weren't enough. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and stay as far away as you possible can from this.
