Easy way to add a nice feature

I started using this extension a few days ago. I find easy now inserting a contact form on my site since I don�t need any new contact page for this purpose. My customers are seeing this option almost like a live support; they can send me fast messages without scrolling or opening a new page. I don�t know exactly how �Ajax� works, but I like what can be done through this.
