after trying 4 times to download and the form not working, I gave up

Tried to download but did not succeed due to the form not working. Filling 3 fields 4 times was no fun. One of the fields did obviously not hand over the data so a pop-up window came up telling me all fields should be filled (which they were). Very unsatisfactory!
