VERY POOR HELP, I MEAN NO HELP AT ALL

I had problems trying to create the database using their file. I sent a support request. Never received an answer ! Loosing my time as this site seems DEAD or lost somewhere in the universe. STAY AWAY... NO HELP, NO SUPPORT, NO SUPPORT VIA EMAIL, NO SUPPORT VIA FORUM. Their main goal: let's gave no support ! Very frustating ! If you can't support your script, just don't offer them.
