It's great if you don't want to write form management scripts, to deal with databases or to manage file uploads. It saved me a lot of time since I didn't need to specify each form field, it catches and saves it all automatically.

I came from using perl scripts for sending mails.I recently transferred almost all of my domain accounts to a new hosting and the .pl files kept coming up with errors. I decide then to use Form2Excel and Mail and it took me seconds to get a new form to function with this really great add-on. I'm currently using it only for the Email feature, the Excel part is optional.
