Poor Customer Support

I have been trying to get updates and some kind of support. I have had issues since I received the scripts and they respond as needed. Now I have sent more support questions hoping to get an answer this time. This time it has been over two weeks and is still in pending and last time I sent a year ago. Got a response, then I went to do what they requested and never got an answer back. It has been over a year.

Purchased 2 site license, but when errors started to popup, I waited over a week, before I gave up hope of receiving support.
The only good thing about this script, a programmer can fix and modify what is needed to make it work, because of the open source.
