I do specialized private web hosting, design and programming. I don't need the full integration to suspend hosting and create hosting. I do need an excellent billing system that can generate professional looking invoices. Blesta is stable, fast, easy to use and growing with every release. I have used WHMCS and ClientExec in the past but neither in my opinion are as friendly as Blesta. If you need to get online billing done right you need Blesta.

I've been using this product since it was in Beta and although it doesn't have all of the bells and wistles some of the others have (yet...they are coming), the fact that the developers sit and respond on a daily basis to the entire community is just awesome. No other product this size does that.

From pre-sales support right through to simple questions and feature requests, I've found the team at Blesta (Phillips Data) to be top notch. They use solid MVC design patterns and their code is well formed and efficient. Practically everything in the system is exposed through the API and they have a straight forward module system for extending functionality. I would definitely recommend this product.

Blesta has some of the best customer support I have ever seen. I love the fact any issues I can call and have answers really quickly.
While it is at the moment lacking some modules they seem to be adding modules quickly and bug free.
The reason I give 5 stars even with some modules missing is because everything been done the way it should be low on bugs and thought out for security.

real crap software... we think this company workts with amateurs. Helpdesk won't response and sales and billing won't even response.
We suggest you should buy whmcs! great support and works a lot better!

A negative review because we don't support the gateway Dutch Ideal Payments. A simple review of our website shows that the payment processor is not supported. We were never asked if it was supported, or whether or not we could create the gateway. Most of the time, if a gateway is not supported, we'll create it for free.
