No response from team. I dont think they are operational

I have been trying to contact them to evaluate software.But no updates and not even receiving calls inspite of calling many times for couple of days. I get a feeling that they are not operating any more. All of their updates in blog stopped in 2012 itself.

Script had lots of bugs that he kept on saying it would get fixed but never did. Every support response started out "I apologies for the delay" he had lots of excuses, At one point it took him 3 months to reply to support question. I hope no one else wastes their money or time.

After buying the product I downloaded it and found it the code was incomplete and completely useless. NO SUPPORT after writing a ticket, emails, phone calls. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Customer Service needs work, haven't received updates

I have been unable to get the update to the script that is supposedly included for a year. I also have not been able to get any support from customer service. I have emailed a few times with out any success. I have found another place that I am using instead.

This a very nice review, the only problem is that it was written by our competitor running that "another place" that he didn't forget to mention. We always respond to all support queries and updates are downloadable from the "My Account/My Products" section on our website.
