I'd like to be able to see that GATT XML Calendar

Is it possible to see the functionalities of this calendar as I solution for a distruted county office and would like to provide something simple with the ability to administer various user permissions and access for adding, editing and removing event calendar items. Also does this calendar allow for the display of events in the calendar to be manipualted to perhaps display all events for any months, on the right hand side of the calendar.
