Our company have developed around 200 forms with RackForms (and with previous Formboss).
Great product and it`s been stable for 4 years..
We had som licensing trouble (my mistake), and developer gave us exelent support due to timedifference +CET1.

The owner is a pretty uptight jerk. I was a previous customer and had issue with a lost e-mail account from a former position. He wouldn't assist me to recovering my info so I can download what I had paid for, so I was out $115.
I'm not saying its a bad product, its actually good. What I am saying is that you won't get any sort of free upgrades, and the customer support is non existent. If the guy behind this had a slight shred of niceness about him I might have been a lifetime customer.

An awesome product. I've been building web forms for nearly 20 years and always hated it. Tried to find its weak spot for hours; but couldn't think of a single thing I ever wanted a tool of this type to do that FormBoss doesn't do! SO I surrendered and bought the darn thing.

Beyond being an EXCELLENT tool, the developer is constantly updating and is extremely responsive to both forum posts and direct email. The icing on the cake is the wealth of documentation in both print and in video form.
Easily worth the asking price.

I've been working with FormBoss Pro (version before ver 2) and have found it very powerful and flexible. I am not an expert PHP or MySQL programmer, but have found the tools here make it possible to a lot of things. Version 2, which I have not yet had time to work with, looks to be even better, judging from the new features listed (including a couple that I've been told about that aren't on the feature list). The developer is very supportive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
