I got this script from softbizscripts Its a very good software. It has many feature that help a start up to get his site rolling. Ones I find most important are auto loading of jobs and option to configure locations hierarchy and other settings as per your niche. These guys are very helpful. 100% recommended.

I have used it for 6 months. I run placement site for college students. It has been stable and fast. Support is also friendly. I have not found any noteworthy shortcomming.
