NewsManager: Nice install, well designed interface

For those made squeamish by installing CGI scripts, NewsManager has a great little installation utility built into it that makes installation very easy.
Other pros include: a very nice user experience from the back end -- especially for those people who will actually use the program to update their content. It's nicely designed, visually well laid out, and easy to follow.
Passive upload feature for images ("browse") is a very nice touch.
This program produces two template pages: a page of headlines/abstracts and the individual articles.
If it had the capacity to bunch headlines per category (like NewsPro), offered multiple levels of user login and security (like NewsPublisher) and a "don't publish this article until such-and-sucha-date" feature it would be perfect.
But for what it does? Really nice.
