some bugs, cant use

i have bought this script for 6 days and until now i still cant get it to run as it should. some bugs in it and i got comfirn about bugs from seller. seller promised to fix bugs within 1-2 days, but after 3 days i got no reply or answer from seller. sent email to seller but until now still no response. hope to receive refund from seller, because no one can use this script with these bugs.

I have bought this script for only $59 with free installation from EasyMovieScript.com. I got my site setup within couple hours after purchased from them. Everything is just perfect, I didn't see any problem at all. Best of all, they have wonderful support team.
