Doesn't work

I downloaded the free program to see if it worked and It did not at first. But once I corrected the script it worked.
The main problem I have with it is because the way it computes the average raiting is not write. Let say 2 people give a rating. One person gives it 1 star the other gives it 5 stars. The average rating should be 3 stars but they have the average rating as 0.5 Now that is just not correct. It doesn't do the one thing it should do. It does not add up the average review correctly.

I downloaded the free script to try on my advertising website that is currently being developed, It was easy to set up, customise and works like a treat, I only had one problem which was a display issue and the support team were quick to respond, however I had solved the problem myself as it was me that had deleted part of the code that displayed the review, once I corrected MY OWN error it worked perfectly, The sku took some understanding at 1st and I created a 2nd column in my database to mirror the id and called it sku, but after installation it's clear that all you have to do is call the id when the sku is asked for. Great script and I will be upgrading to Pro once the site goes live feb 2013.

This script could be good, maybe, but I had no chance to try it - manual is written in lazy manner and I've lost with these sku. I'll spend more on other scripts to have less headache.

I was impressed with their free review script so I opted to purchase the pro version as well. In short, the script does what it's supposed to (providing a feedback medium for customers/users) and it does it quite well.

The most important thing was forgotten in the script, it don't show the rating stars on the product page. Also the support from SmartScripts is very bad.

This script is like a hidden gem. I'm truly glad that I found it. It simply does what its meant to do in an elegant and very simple fashion.
I highly recommend this for anyone looking for an easy to integrate review system onto their website.
Best bang for the buck

From my experience most websites offer their scripts with installments of $100+ per month. So when I discovered that smart scripts offers their review script (w/ many features that are similar to well known sites such as amazon and newegg) for a one time price of $24.95 I was skeptical to say the least. I wondered why such a script would be offered for so cheap but I figured I had nothing to lose, so I took the plunge and its safe to say that my worries were instantly put to rest. Moments after purchasing their script through paypal, I recieved an email from their support team with the script attached. Surprisingly, it was amazingly easy to follow and setup onto my website as well. All in all, in such an oversaturated market of review scripts, I think this script has the most to offer at an insanely low price.

This php script is extremely powerful and fast. The features it provides are way beyond its price range, a script like this should be selling at a much higher price but I'm not complaining. I bought this script and usually I don't even bother to write reviews but I feel this script deserves more attention.
Also, the support team was really helpful and very quick to respond to any questions I had regarding the script.

I have viewed numerous scripts during my day as a PHP Software Manager, and have yet to come across a product as professionally constructed as the script offered by smart review for the given price. I would buy this product for $100, let alone $25.

I really like the simple design and after trying out their lite version I decided to upgrade to their pro version and the $24.95 was well worth every penny. Plus if you understand CSS you can modify the colors to match your liking.
