Get away of this Script.
My website is down for a week and no answer from them. I bought an Portuguese add-on and a video gallery add-on never receive it ... They only sent me standard the easyautoscript ...
the website is now opening (i found that was a problem with the language bthat their support installed) but i think there is a major problem on the database and i can guess what's is .... 72 past, 6 mails sent to support .. and no answer ....
And if you try to login to the admin panel alwyas get the 206 error can't connect to database....
I hope i'm the last victim of this company ...

My site needed to be revamped, that was for sure, but I had no idea where to start or what do I really want. That's when Alonzo came in-after my first message to him, he provided me with the ideas and advices on how to improve the site. After some consulting, he made a page that became the page of my dreams after removing a few tweaks. due to domain verification their database is down to many times, their support is almos none, you send and email reply mostly 36 hours later some times no replky at all...

Their database has been down fir 5 days and another 6 months up and down, the script authenticate the domain in their database and that make it to slow , and like now the site is down for five days, i have post a review al ready and was not publish, maybe hotscripts want to help them.

The previous designer I have hired failed me and quit a couple of days before the deadline. I found this wonderful script on the Internet and the team (Alonzo and friends) stepped in immediately and took over all the work. I was a bit skeptic in the beginning, but was convinced otherwise only days later. They created a little masterpiece on their own, from basically nothing. At the end, the customization project is nicely done although. Even though there were some issues (server incompatibility), I am happy with the outcome, and definitely recommend them.

Not a bad script and fairly low cost. If you wish to use the out-of-the-box design then its all written in html tables.
Script runs slow due to constantly checking with a licensing server.
Far too many sql queries to be efficient.
Customer service is average to poor. You have to ask the same question several times before they understand what you mean. Any form of custom coding they won't help or flatly turn you away... even if you willing to pay them!

After installing this script we noticed that uploading images takes 5 minutes to complete, even for very small images. We reported this matter to the easycarportal support, and the only thing they could tell me was "it works on our server, there is no problem" The next couple of days that was about the only reply I got, no possible solutions, nobody even took time to look at our server. Since we could not look at the source code, which is encoded, we started digging into the server, to see what was happening. We noticed that the script made 635 requests to a file called f103.php in one image upload. Strange thing is that the requests made to f103.php was on their domain! After asking what was up with that I got the message that they searched for 2 days to find 1 file. They needed 2 days to look at an upload form and find a file? Anyhow, they reported the file f103.php does not exist and that no such requests can be made by the script. Why would I imagine such a thing? The only thing they told me was to find another hosting, because mine wasn't any good. They send me an url to a forum post related to my hosting company from 6 years ago as proof how bad it was, lol. Our hosting company is fine, we have 12 dedicated servers with them, never had any problems with any scripts until now. My best guess it that there is no support for this script, there are no programmers behind it anymore, they cannot help you if you have any problem. I asked for a friendly refund, after which I was pointed to their terms and conditions, and they refused to give me back my money. I am now putting in a chargeback, my advice is to stay away from this software and look for another, better script.

We are running many different highly advanced dynamic websites on the same server, this again proves that you don't have any idea what you are talking about. You gave me a refund ? No you did not, your creditcard card processor did after you called me a thief and a liar ! You did not get root access to our server ? You never asked for any access to our server, you did not even bother to look at the server ! Again, my advice, stay away from this software ! All these great reviews have been written by the easycarportal owners, there is no way so many people can have so much fun with this script.

Brian and team was good to work with and delivered the desired results. Like all projects, a few issues did arise. They were very professional and responded quickly so it would not delay the project. The issues were also addressed to my satisfaction. The driving factor for me to use them again is because I know if I have any questions or problems, they will be resolved.
There have also been a few documentation type questions I have had since completion of the project/received final payment, and those have been answered promptly as well. I will definitely use this script again and ask Brian and the team to customize it for my own needs.
