Poor Support

Actually i didn't purchase any of their products, but while i was talking to their customer support about product customization and cost asking why it is high , he just told me .. no need for prolog it will cost $500 take it or leave it an he just close the session and left me, Guess what was the customization, it is RTL Support cost me more than 6 times the cost for the product an more than 5 times in their other products. well i think this is really poor support, an you have to know guys about this before you purchase...
