I have worked with Flynax over time and came to understand that they do super service for the pricing. You have hands on developers even doing customization jobs at friendly pricing where competitors would ask way bigger rates. It is great to learn and understand their websites and do business.

For more than 5 Years I am runnung the Real Estate site of more than 300.000 Property Adds and am very, very satisfied.

I am litterally stuck despite having paid over US$400 in customizations this week.
- tickets dont gert answered in days
- requests are misinterpreted and results wrong without follow up
- Flynax does threat that if claiming money back you will get suspended from using their services
- Sales misleads you all the time with wrongful promises about dates to finally have someone focus on your project
- I spent 80 hours creating the perfect mockup to safe Flynax time only to learn that one week after paying nobody started working on an extremely important project!!!
CONCLUSION
DO NOT waste your time and money with Flynax!!!! GET SOMEONE ON UPWORK

Flynax has taken ordinary sites to extraordinary with their new software & classified scripts. Amazing plug ins provide great features for our users & helped us to blow away our competition. There really is no other choice when it comes to superior scripts & plug ins than Flynax.
Curtis has helped us through every step of the way, and still provides us any support we need. It couldn't be a better combination of software and support.
lastly, I'd like to say that building a classifieds site takes time and effort and you have to be patient. If you are not sure whether to purchase the script or not - take it to a sandbox and play with the demo, just because you can't navigate around hundreds of settings in back end does not mean that the script is not working - it takes time to tailor it to your needs and you can always contact support.

After reviewing about 15 alternatives, I decided to go with Flynax. With the additional plugins and a little custom work from their development team, I had a fully functional holiday rental website.
I launched my website in 2010 and it hasn't skipped a beat.
The service and software are just amazing.

I played with different softwares including free classifieds softwares and I find Flynax one of the best software for real estate agencies. I had a couple of issues while running my site but guys from Flynax fixed them within a short time. It doesn't have some features that I need but it's not that important taking into consideration the other great features and plugins they offer. I was told that they could add the things I need for extra fee, which might be a solution. I read a lot about Flynax support before ordering the software. Some people say that it sucks some people are happy with their support. I wouldn't call their support the best because I expected a better response rate but if you have a small problem you may expect reply within a few hours. If you have a more complex issue or customization you may get a reply once a day, which is not bad considering that all companies experience peaks from time to time. I like Flynax so far.
4.0 is much better compared to version 3

Ver 3.2 has no cache also in smarty.

The application has many features looks very nice but unfortunately the author has no idea about the performance ... ver 3.2, there is no cache also in smarty. Number five thousand kills the ads and patching applications, it is simply a nightmare. Version 4.0 is nothing else but the new templates, and no great changes and added a substitute for cache ... who only shows the company has not regained the domestic work ... I do not recommend and advise against

It seems to be that this review is no more than a shill review that is unfounded and doesn't provide detailed information on the ownership of the script nor verified.
