Software don't work

I found this software while searching through google. So I downloaded the trial and installed it onto my server. However it won't let me login to the script. It seems like it just keeps looping. I contacted the support by no answer yet.

Our apologies for the trouble you experienced, although we have no record of you contacting us with this issue... In any case, we have released a new version of EzInvoice today! Please try the new 3.0 version and we are sure you will have a different experience. Again, our apologies for your troubles.
